When clients say no0:00
Not every client takes every option. It might not be the right time, the budget might not stretch, or their health might rule something out.
Agreeing priorities0:09
There are no quotes at this stage. The meeting is about agreeing their needs and priorities.
Recording decisions0:15
Record what they accept, change, defer or decline. If they drop critical illness cover on the mortgage to fit the budget, note why.
Priorities Agreed0:25
Then generate Priorities Agreed. It shows the best scenario, what they chose, and the impact of the cover they left out. The client gets a clear record, and you get an audit for your file.
Insurer terms0:39
Get quotes through your usual CRM or sourcing system, then enter the insurer's terms straight from the illustration.
Flagged changes0:48
Anything that differs from what the client chose is flagged, and you add the reason. A health loading, for example.
Application Report0:56
The Application Report gives the client a branded summary of what was applied for, and why anything changed.
